We created a newsletter for Adapted James with two particular goals in mind; to increase the clients customer lifetime value and to encourage the conversion of leads to customers. The clients main aim was to expand his business and having such a large following and engagement on social media it was important to convert those into paying customers. The newsletter consisted of various recurring segments bi-weekly; such as book of the month or latest news, all with the autism community in mind which was Adapted James’ main customer focus.
